About us

A small senior team that treats your product like the portfolio piece it is

Corintix exists because we have sat on both sides of the table, as clients and as engineers, and got tired of the same old vendor story: big promises, junior hands, silent months. We built the opposite: small teams of senior people, working software every week, and communication you never have to chase.

Why we work the way we do

Most software projects don't fail on technology. They fail on trust. Scope balloons quietly, demos slip, and by the time the truth surfaces, the budget is gone. Every rule we operate by is a defense against that failure mode.

Fixed-scope proposals mean we absorb estimation risk, not you. Weekly demos mean bad news travels in days, not quarters. Full code ownership means our clients stay because the work is good, never because leaving is hard.

We stay deliberately small: senior engineers and designers, no account-manager layer, no bench of juniors learning on your budget. The people who scope your project are the people who build it.

Principles

Six rules we don't bend

These are the standards clients can hold us to, and the reason second projects outnumber first ones.

  • Ship weekly or explain why

Momentum is a feature. Working software every week keeps decisions honest, feedback cheap, and launch dates real.

  • Evidence over aesthetics

Design and engineering choices trace to research, measurement, or a stated hypothesis, never to 'it looks cool.' Twenty years of usability evidence beats this quarter's trend.

  • Say the uncomfortable thing early

If the scope is too big, the deadline unrealistic, or the feature unnecessary, you hear it in week one, not week ten. Bad news ages terribly.

  • Build for the team that inherits it

Boring technology, strict types, tests, and documentation. Code is written once and read for years, so we optimize for the reader.

  • Own the outcome, not the hours

We price scope, not time. Our incentive is to ship the outcome efficiently, the opposite of a billable-hours treadmill.

  • Zero lock-in, ever

Your repositories, your cloud accounts, your IP, full documentation. Clients stay because it works, not because leaving is hard.

Client outcomes

What working with us actually feels like

From the people who bet their roadmap on us: engineering leaders, founders, and product owners. Hover, or press and hold, to pause.

  • They scoped honestly, cut features we didn't need, and shipped two weeks early. The weekly demos meant zero surprises, and our board saw working software every month.
    Daniel R.CTO, logistics SaaS startup
  • The first development partner that treated performance and accessibility as requirements instead of upsells. Our conversion rate is up double digits and the codebase is one our own hires compliment.
    Priya S.VP Engineering, e-commerce brand
  • We'd been burned by an AI vendor that demoed well and failed in production. Corintix built the evaluation suite before the feature, and it's been reliable for a year.
Marcus T.Head of Product, B2B software company
  • Our members hated the old app and told us weekly. Four months after the rebuild we were at 4.7 stars, and the board still brings up the pen test report: zero critical findings.
    Susan K.COO, regional credit union
  • They told us in week one that half our wishlist wasn't worth building. That honesty saved us six figures, and the half we did build paid for itself in a quarter.
    James O.Founder, insurance brokerage
  • I expected a vendor. What we got was a team that argued with us about the right things, shipped every Friday, and left us with documentation our new hires actually read.
Elena V.Managing Partner, corporate law firm
  • The donation flow rebuild paid for itself before the campaign even ended. Forty-four percent more completed gifts is not a rounding error for a nonprofit our size.
    Grace A.Development Director, international nonprofit
  • Every agency promises senior people. Corintix is the only one where the people on the sales call were the people writing the code, all the way to launch.
    Tom H.CEO, professional training company
